For a successful start in the position, we understandably expect a fair adaptation on our part, but as a minimum, we expect the following from you upon joining:

Creativity and the ability to come up with your own ideas, but also the ability to work with information, facts and data in a user-friendly way
Experience with project management

Advanced communication, presentation and organizational skills
Good English, because you will be working in the R&D segment and an international environment
Strong focus on client needs and specifics
A category B driving license will also come in handy, because we don’t just sit in the office all day.
And what will you actually do?
Support the transfer of technology and know-how from the scientific environment to commercial practice
Maintain relationships with entrusted clients and partners
Connecting researchers with investors, companies and industrial partners
Accelerate the development of spin-off business plans and joint commercial projects of research organizations and companies
Cooperate with external experts, scientific and research organizations
Participate in conferences, networking events and workshops and coordinate some of your own
