General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR

GDPR is a comprehensive legal framework for the protection of personal data. Like all data controllers and processors, the Innovate Prague is required to comply with this regulation. The purpose of GDPR is to protect data subjects from unauthorized handling of their personal data, including providing greater control over how their personal data is used.

Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller is the Prague Innovation Institute, z.ú., Mariánské náměstí 2/2, Old Town, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID: 08874883, registered under file number U 854 at the Municipal Court in Prague. Hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “Prague Innovation Institute.” The Controller processes personal data in compliance with legal obligations, especially Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Storage of Your Data
Personal data (e-mail addresses) will be processed by the Prague Innovation Institute from the date they are provided and will be deleted after five years or upon unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Changing Your E-Mail Address
To send the Pii newsletter, we need your e-mail address. To update it, please write to info@prazskyinovacniinstitut.cz.

Unsubscribing from the Newsletter
You can always choose whether to receive our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive it, simply send an e-mail with your name and e-mail address requesting removal from our database, or click “Unsubscribe” at the footer of any Pii newsletter. Your request will be processed immediately.
